FALL FAVORITES

Now that December is just around the corner (which I am SUPER PUMPED about), I figured I'd make a post about everything I've been loving this fall season. Seeing as I'm that one person who makes it a point to try new products every year, I've sort of begun to form a new list of favorites every year. This year, that list is fairly small, but believe me when I say that these products are absolute GAME CHANGERS.

Pumpkin Picking Body Mist - B&BW

Shortly before the official start of fall, I paid a visit to—you guessed it—my local Bath & Body Works (I just love that store...can you blame me?) and picked up a few goodies. One of these "goodies," as I've called them, was this STUNNING body mist. Quite honestly, I've never actually been pumpkin picking, but if I had, I'm sure that this spray is precisely what it would have smelled like. It's the perfect combination of cinnamon and pumpkin and MAN, does it smell AMAZING. Never before have I been so in love with a body mist...

Bonfire Bash Body Cream - B&BW

Item #2 on my fall favorites list is this INCREDIBLE body cream and HOLY CRAP, you guys. I can't lie...but this lotion honestly makes you feel like you're sitting outside at a campfire roasting marshmallows. Yeah, it's THAT good. Trust me, sometimes it takes everything in me not to throw some of this lotion on, build a firepit, and start making s'mores because if this doesn't get you in the mood for roasting marshmallows, I don't know what will.

Juice Beauty Exfoliating Peel Spray - Juice Beauty OR Ulta

Seeing as I'm still a teenager and seeing as my hormones are literally ALL OVER the place, I have the unfortunate luxury of dealing with mild acne. And the last time that I went to my local Ulta store, I found out that the cause of my acne could be the salicylic acid that can be found in most acne treatments. So I was guided to Juice Beauty, an organic skincare brand, that would be much more gentle on my skin. Since using their products (I'm currently using the 2-in-1 Cleanser, the Exfoliating Peel Spray, and the Oil-Free Moisturizer), I've noticed quite a difference in both the appearance of my acne scars (which is mainly a result of the peel spray, trust me: it's AMAZING) and in the amount of new pimples that pop up. Honestly, this brand just makes my skin feel amazing and it doesn't make me feel like I have a bunch of harsh chemicals settling into my pores, so A++ to Juice Beauty!

Burt's Bees Peppermint Lip Balm - Target

I don't know about you, but the second that we change over from summer into fall/winter, my skin starts to dry out SUPER fast. This year, especially, I've felt like my lips have been a little more chapped than usual, but luckily I have my Burt's Bees lip balm to get me through. Not only does it smell like heaven, but it also smoothes away dry skin, leaving your lips feeling silky smooth and ready for anything that winter has to throw your way. I always keep my lip balm in a cosmetic bag with a few scrunchies (just in case I want a change in color) for easy access in my purse. I LOVE this one from Zoella's 2016 Christmas collection, but there are plenty of other beauties at Ulta.

Pantene Sheer Volume Shampoo & Conditioner - Target

Now that I can straighten my hair without having a waterfall of sweat pouring down my face (summer sucks when it comes to good hair days for me), I've begun to focus more on the type of shampoo & conditioner that I use. I began to notice that my Aussie haircare products were starting to make my hair a little greasier even on the first day of having straightened it (probably because it was for dry hair and not already hydrated hair...), so I swapped them out for Pantene's Sheer Volume line instead. For one, my hair is SO MUCH more smooth than it was before, but it also stays less greasy for a longer amount of time, which is PERFECT. Bottom line? Get yourself some shampoo and conditioner that leave your hair feeling and smelling amazing and you're set.
